MAMMiS is being conducted by researchers from the University of Stirling. The MAMMiS team includes:
Alyssa Gilinsky - PhD Student & MAMMiS Chief Investigator
If you take part in MAMMiS you will mostly meet with Alyssa Gilinsky.
Alyssa is the Chief Investigator for the study and is a PhD student at the University of Stirling. She is also a registered Health Psychologist with experience of helping people adopt healthy lifestyle behaviours.

Adrienne is supervisor to Alyssa and is a Lecturer in the School of Sport
at the University of Stirling.
She has recently been involved in a study encouraging families with
